Welcome to Mastering the Zodiac. Our information, media, products, and/or services (offerings) are provided subject to the following terms. The website and its offerings are owned and operated by Mastering the Zodiac LLC, registered in Florida.

General Use

All offerings are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Mastering the Zodiac LLC disclaims responsibility for how information, suggestions, and/or advice are interpreted or applied. You agree to assume full responsibility for any and all outcomes resulting from utilizing our offerings.

If astrology is restricted or illegal in your location due to political, cultural, or social reasons, you access our offerings at your discretion. Mastering the Zodiac LLC will not be held responsible for any legal repercussions you might face.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our offerings. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use our offerings only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our offerings, you affirm that you meet these age requirements.

Mastering the Zodiac LLC reserves the right to refuse our offerings at our discretion. All decisions will comply with applicable laws and regulations, and will not be based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or any other category protected by law.

All offerings are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Order Policies

All product and service payments are final. Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement by emailing [email protected], provided they haven't been processed. Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours but can take up to 10 business days.

True Sidereal Astrology Course: refundable within 14 days of purchase, or before you have completed more than 2 lessons, whichever comes first. Email [email protected] to request a refund.

A payment reversal, chargeback, or refund initiated after an offering has been delivered or access has been granted is grounds for terminating access to that offering and any related benefits, in addition to Mastering the Zodiac LLC's other remedies. Mastering the Zodiac LLC may contest chargebacks with supporting documentation.

Processing times listed on the website and sent via email are estimates and may take additional time to process. If an order requires over 5 additional business days to process, we will notify you via email. If you've not received your order 5 business days after the estimated time, contact us at [email protected].

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a full-rate charge.

It is your responsibility to review order information for accuracy including, but not limited to: birth details, scheduling times, and contact information. We are not responsible for errors made on your part or correcting customer information.

Web Analytics and Data

We do not use cookies or other personal data tracking mechanisms on our website. For web analytics we employ Plausible Analytics, emphasizing privacy. Plausible neither collects nor stores personal data and complies with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. We also use non-personal URL query parameters (partner and partner-discount) to track referrals from our affiliate partners, ensuring they are compensated appropriately without collecting personal information.

For our services, your email data is stored securely on our servers. Customer and newsletter data is stored securely using our trusted data storage and newsletter providers. We retain this data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services.

We don't share your personal information or email address with third parties except as necessary to provide our services, including with service providers who may process data in the United States under appropriate data protection safeguards. We take every effort to protect your data, however, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. While our website might contain links to external websites, we aren't accountable for their content, security, or privacy protocols. We recommend exercising caution and reviewing the privacy statements of any third-party websites you visit.

Please be aware that our website features YouTube and Calendly widgets, and uses Stripe to process payments (we do not store credit card numbers ourselves). Interactions with these services are governed by their own privacy policies and may involve data collection via cookies.

When you communicate with us by email or other channels, we process your communications to provide customer service and maintain internal records. We may use secure AI-assisted tools and service providers acting on our behalf to help search past communications and draft responses. These tools do not sell, share, or publicly use your data; they operate solely within our customer-service systems under our instructions.

MTZ Insiders & Free Report Emails

On signing up to MTZ Insiders, you'll receive a confirmation email requiring your acknowledgment (double opt-in). Emails will be dispatched no more than three times weekly, generally once a week. Unsubscribe at any time using the provided link in the emails.

By providing your email to access free astrology reports, you agree to receive occasional emails as part of this service, typically no more than once or twice a week. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

If you purchase a product or service from Mastering the Zodiac (including reports, readings, courses, and the CTSA program), you may occasionally receive emails about related MTZ products, services, or updates relevant to what you've purchased. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out will end future marketing emails from us.

We employ Brevo as our email service provider. Brevo uses anonymous email tracking methods such as monitoring opens and link clicks to assess engagement. This helps us improve our newsletter content and services while respecting your privacy.

Content Rights

All content on this website and its subdomains, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mastering the Zodiac LLC and is protected by copyright laws. No part of the content may be reproduced, republished, or distributed without the express written consent of Mastering the Zodiac LLC.

Responsibilities

Mastering the Zodiac LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other losses from your use or inability to use our offerings. Mastering the Zodiac LLC's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any offering will not exceed the amount you paid to Mastering the Zodiac LLC for that offering. If any term herein is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before filing suit. You and Mastering the Zodiac LLC waive any right to bring or join a class action, collective action, or class-wide arbitration; all disputes must be brought in your individual capacity.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mastering the Zodiac LLC regarding your use of this website and any offerings sold directly through it. They supersede all prior communications, oral or written, on those subjects. Product-specific agreements you separately accept, including the CTSA Terms and any True Sky Terms, remain in effect for those programs and are not superseded by these terms.
