General

All information, media, products, and/or services from the website and Athen Chimenti are understood to be for entertainment purposes only, and is not professional advice of any kind. You agree to take full responsibility for any and all consequences acted upon made as a result of receiving information, media, products, and/or services from the website and/or Athen Chimenti. Mastering the Zodiac LLC and Athen Chimenti are not responsible for how information, suggestions, and/or advice are interpreted or applied.

If for political, cultural or social reasons astrology of any kind is illegal in your locality, you agree that you do so of your own free will, and that you will not hold Mastering the Zodiac LLC or Athen Chimenti culpable or responsible in any way for any legal ramifications, which you might incur as a result.

Persons under 18 years of age must receive the consent of a parent if they wish to purchase an astrological reading, however, we do not monitor or take responsibility in screening its visitors or their age status.

Orders

All fees and payments for products and services are final. Orders made within 24 hours can be cancelled for a full refund by emailing Athen at athen@masteringthezodiac.com, as long as the order has not yet been processed. Refunds are usually issued within 24-48 hours, however can take up to 10 business days to process.

Processing Times

Processing times listed on the website and sent via email are estimates, and may take additional time to process. If more than an additional 5 business days are needed for the order we will use reasonable commercial efforts to contact you to notify you of the additional time needed to process your order. If you have not received your order after an additional 5 business days from the estimated processing time please contact Athen at athen@masteringthezodiac.com. Please also check your email SPAM folder as order emails may sometimes trigger SPAM filters.

Scheduling

If you need to reschedule a reading appointment made via the website or email, you must reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of such appointment by emailing Athen at athen@masteringthezodiac.com, or you will be charged the full rate for your scheduled reading appointment. It is your responsibility to review the scheduling emails for accuracy including, but not limited to: time zones, birth details, and contact information. We are not responsible for errors made on your part or failure to correct the aforementioned. We will use reasonable commercial efforts to reschedule your reading appointment when your cancellation is received in the aforementioned time frame.

MTZ Insiders

If you sign up for the MTZ Insiders newsletter you will receive an email with a confirmation link you must click in order to confirm your subscription and email address (double opt-in). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the newsletter without notice at anytime, as well as unsubscribe anyone we deem registered with inaccurate data, or an inactive or temporary email address. Emails will be sent to subscribers no more than four times per week, usually averaging once or twice per week. We will not publish, sell, or give away your personal information or email address to a third party. You can unsubscribe anytime via the unsubscribe link on the newsletter emails.
